Who We Are

Shubhwanti Social Welfare Society is a non-profit, community-driven organization dedicated to empowering individuals through skill development, vocational training, and employment support. Established with a vision to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity, we work tirelessly to uplift marginalized groups—particularly underprivileged youth, women, and rural communities—by providing them with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to lead self-reliant and dignified lives.

At the heart of our mission is the belief that skill is power. In today’s rapidly changing economic landscape, formal education alone is not enough. What individuals truly need are market-relevant skills, guidance, and a supportive environment that connects them with sustainable livelihoods. Our programs are designed to address these needs—through practical, hands-on training, digital literacy, life skills, and direct placement linkages with employers across sectors.

With a strong network of trainers, industry partners, and community stakeholders, we have implemented various initiatives under state and central government schemes, as well as CSR collaborations with private organizations. Whether it's setting up digital literacy camps in rural areas, running women-focused tailoring or beauty courses, or preparing urban youth for roles in IT, retail, and services—we ensure each initiative is outcome-driven and impact-oriented.
